The new MBA programme “International Supply Chain Management” gets the bi-national accreditation: ZEvA and NVAO accredit together the new part-time MBA programme in logistics

 

The German accreditation agency (Zentrale Evaluations- und Akkreditierungsagentur Hannover) and the Dutch accreditation institution NVAO (Nederlands-Vlaamse Accreditatie Organisatie) have recently accredited a new MBA study course. Thus, for the first time a study course, developed in cross-border cooperation between three universities, gets a double seal of quality.

The Universities of Applied Sciences Osnabrück and Münster as well as the Saxion Hogeschool Enschede/NL will offer the joint developed MBA course “International Supply Chain Management” in the summer semester 2007. Every of these three partner universities will establish this MBA course on their study locations. The students can choose whether they would like to be registered at Fachhochschule Osnabrück or Saxion Hogeschool Enschede. In either case the students will be also registered at the University of Applied Sciences Münster as guest students.

The aim of the study programme is the education of upper and top level manager. The students gain the in-depth knowledge in all fields of the Supply Chain Management and the professional competence in logistics based on actual management, technical and legal aspects. As logistics belongs to one of key branches in the region, the students benefit from the joint competence of three partner universities of the universities and gain additional job opportunities in the partner country.
